It started with a promise to call back
Mark Keller was a licensed electrician tired of hearing the same story from customers: contractors who never returned calls, quotes that doubled on the day, and muddy boots on clean carpets. In 2009 he and Lisa started Keystone to do it differently.
Customers kept asking if we could handle their plumbing, their roof, their furnace. So we hired the best specialists we could find in each trade and held them to the same standard. Today one call to Keystone covers almost every job around the house.
